I have applied with Alaska Airline on two other occasions, have alway made it to the 1-1 interview, but get cut at that point.

Are group consisted of about 80 people, and would say 20% were currently fight attendants or had been at one point, 20 percent were over 40, 20 percent were men and 20 percent were not dressed approprietly.  The first 2 hours were general information provided by HR and a working flight attendant.  After our break we were broken down into several groups of 18-20 people and were asked to put our selves in alphabetical order, state our name and spell it.  We then were asked to answer a question that related to various issues that could happen through out your flight.  My questions was ...
