Read Page 1 ... "A customer refuses to put on their seat belt"  What would I do.....remind them this is for there safety and would appreciated if if they would please follow the captain's instruciton, and would again remind them that this is for their safety.  The panel had only one question for me and that was what if that passenger recently had surgery and it was extermely uncomfortable for them...my response was I would provide them a pillow, blanket and assistance to make sure that they were comfortable while remaining safe throught out the flight.  Several other questions that were answered required several clarifying questions from the interviewers.  I felt that I had not given a good enough answer, when in fact I was one of ...
