- There are several bases that are reletively close to home
- 3. What is one of your weaker areas when it comes to aviation?
- I don't have any weak areas when it comes to weak areas. I strive to change and adapt with the aviation community.
- 4. Why do you want to work here?
- I believe this is a reputable airline with an excellent track record.
- 5. Why should we hire you?
- I'm a hard working, progressive person able to complete successful missions. Enjoy helping people and working in a fast paces environment. Excellent decision making and coordination abilities. The ability to solve problems in a professional manner.

- 7. Have you failed any check rides?
- No
- Yes. CFI - for not following through with checklists after takeoff. I also received a disapproval on my instrument check ride for mis-identification of the proper frequency.
- 8. Have you ever exercised bad judgment in the cockpit?
- No
- 9. What have you learned, flying with older pilots?
- Mentors and sounding boards are important. Don't be afraid to ask questions of your peers when in doubt. Rules, regulations, polices and procedures are valuable tools put in place for safety.

What types of things will be asked in a Simulator or Scenario exercise?

The scenario was a flight from Indianapolis to St. Louis that started at 5AM. We started at the hotel and he asked me how I will assess myself to ensure I am safe for the flight (IMSAFE checklist). After that, he had me read a METAR and TAF, then asked if would need an alt. He asked the following questions What is the first thing you go over/checklist you run on yourself before you even go to the airport?
