I had a really hard time finding answers to questions I had on the interview process, so I'm going to be as specific as I possibly can:

-Went to open house at a Hotel, there were hundreds of people, you get a quick speech about the company and then are directed to a table where a recruiter gives you a preliminary interview.
The questions are very typical questions:
Why should we hire you and not anybody else
How would you handle an irrate customer
Tell me about a time when you solved a difficult problem
Have you ever had a problem with a co-worker
What are your weekness
...like I said, very typical customer service questions

-If the recruiter liked you, you were sent to another table to test your linguistic skills: IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU SPEAK BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH TO BE HIRED BY AIR CANADA

-After the language verification you're given a date (2 days later) 2 come in for a 2nd interview which takes about 4 hours.
