   Stay in good health. mentally and physically be prepared for any situation.
   
4. How would you handle a difficult passenger?
   Remain calm and empathetic. Listen to the customers needs and determine the best course of actions to defuse the situation.Inform supervisory staff and Captain if situation requires higher authority.

   I can bring over ten years of customer service experience with me and continue an excellent representation of the company I perceive myself to have a calm and collective demeanor,and believe in a what ever it takes customer service attitude.
